A suite of reports to keep your operation honest — stock differences, anomaly alerts, courier manifests — combined with automation rules that remove the manual work from stock management and courier assignment.
Know exactly what's happening across your operation.
Adlixor's reporting suite surfaces the information that matters — stock accuracy, channel health, courier output — so you can identify and resolve issues before they affect your customers or metrics.
Stock Difference Report
Compares the stock quantities held in Adlixor against the live figures currently shown on each connected channel. Highlights any discrepancies that need investigation — whether from a failed sync, a channel-side error, or a manual override that wasn't reflected back.
Per-channel stock vs Adlixor count comparison
Discrepancy highlighted by size and age
Drill-down to individual SKU and channel
Exportable for reconciliation
Anomaly Alerts
Adlixor monitors your channel connections, order feeds, and stock sync processes continuously. When something unexpected happens — a channel goes offline, an order fails to sync, a stock update is rejected — you receive an instant notification before it becomes a problem.
Real-time alerts on channel sync failures
Order download errors surfaced immediately
Stock sync rejections flagged with detail
Email or in-platform notification routing
Courier Manifests
At the end of each despatch session, generate end-of-day courier manifests ready for collection or drop-off. Adlixor produces the correctly formatted manifest for each carrier automatically — no manual document preparation required.
Per-carrier manifest generated at end of day
Correct format for each courier's requirements
Manifest includes all parcels despatched in session
Print-ready and exportable in standard formats
Carrier Label Outputs
Carrier labels are generated in bulk for the full despatch queue. Print all labels for all couriers in a single pass — without switching between carrier portals or separate label applications. Labels include the tracking barcode, service level, and destination formatted per carrier spec.
Bulk label printing across all couriers in one run
Correct format and layout per carrier specification
Tracking barcode and service class included
Compatible with standard label printers
Anomaly Alerts
Know about problems before your customers do.
Multi-channel operations have many moving parts. A channel API goes down. An order fails to download. A stock push gets rejected. Without automated monitoring, these failures often go unnoticed until a customer complains or your metrics drop.
Adlixor monitors every connection, every sync, and every order event in real time. When something unexpected happens, you are alerted immediately — with enough detail to investigate and resolve quickly.

Automation Rules
Set the rules once. Let Adlixor run them.
Adlixor's automation rules remove the manual work from the two most time-consuming operational decisions — how much stock to show, and which courier to use.
Stock Quantity Rules
Set rules to control the maximum quantity of any product that appears on a channel at any time. For example — if your actual stock is 200 units, you may only want to show 7 on any individual channel at once. This protects your operation from a sudden rush on a single channel, and prevents overselling on low-velocity items.
Example rule
If stock > 7 → show 7 on channel. If stock ≤ 7 → show actual stock.
Per-channel or global maximum display quantity rules
Applies to any product or product group
Protects against rush-buy events depleting stock
Works alongside real-time Inventory Sync
Delivery Upgrade Rules
Automatically upgrade or change the courier assigned to orders based on configurable conditions. Weight, value, postcode, product type, or channel of origin — set as many rules as your operation requires, in any order of priority.
Example rule
If order value > £75 → upgrade to tracked. If weight > 5 kg → upgrade to DPD.
Unlimited rules — no cap on delivery automations
Conditions based on weight, value, postcode, SKU, or channel
Rules run in defined priority order
Integrates directly with the Order Management despatch queue

Stock Quantity Rules
Control how much stock you show. Not just what you have.
Stock quantity rules let you cap the number of units that appear on any channel, regardless of how many you actually hold. Showing 200 units on a channel creates a perception problem and exposes you to bulk-buy risk. Setting a maximum of 7 keeps your listing active and visible without the risk.
When your actual stock drops below the cap, Adlixor automatically shows the real figure. When it rises above, the cap kicks back in. The rule runs continuously — no manual monitoring required.
Set a maximum display quantity per product, per channel, or globally
Real stock shown when it drops below the cap automatically
Protects against bulk-buy events depleting your inventory
Works in conjunction with real-time Inventory Sync
Rules can be adjusted at any time without disrupting live listings
