How It Works

One connection. Everything in sync.

Adlixor sits between your systems and your sales channels, keeping data accurate in both directions — automatically.

Connect in minutes

Authorise your Shopify account in Adlixor with a few clicks. Most connections go live in under five minutes with no developer required.

Sync your data

Adlixor imports your existing products, stock levels, and orders automatically. No spreadsheets, no CSV uploads, no manual mapping.

Manage from one place

From that point on, everything flows automatically. Shopify stays in sync with every other channel and your ERP around the clock.

Channel Import

Already on Shopify?
Import and expand in hours.

Connect your Shopify account and Adlixor imports your complete product catalogue automatically — titles, descriptions, images, and variants — with no manual re-entry. Then publish those products to any other marketplace or eCommerce channel without rebuilding a single listing.

The Challenge

Multi-channel selling from Shopify creates operational chaos.

Shopify is a powerful storefront — but managing inventory, listings, and orders across multiple external marketplaces from it manually is unsustainable at any real volume.

Inventory discrepancies across channels

When a product sells on Amazon, Shopify's stock doesn't update. When a product sells on Shopify, eBay's quantity stays the same. Without a real-time sync layer, every channel accumulates errors. Adlixor maintains accurate inventory across Shopify and every connected marketplace simultaneously.

Listing creation duplicated per channel

Re-entering the same product data into Amazon Seller Central, eBay, and OnBuy takes hours per week — and means three separate places to update when prices or descriptions change. Adlixor publishes and maintains listings on every marketplace directly from your Shopify catalogue.

Orders arrive through five different inboxes

Processing Shopify orders, eBay orders, and Amazon orders from separate platforms fragments your team's workflow and makes it impossible to prioritise, batch-pick, or report on fulfilment accurately. Adlixor centralises every order in one processing queue.

Inconsistent pricing damages brand perception

Manually maintaining different prices on your Shopify store, Amazon, and eBay leads to inconsistencies that confuse buyers and erode trust. Adlixor's pricing rules engine applies channel-specific mark-ups from a single master price — keeping your store at RRP while marketplaces reflect the right margin.

Shopify Multi-Channel Integration

Shopify as the hub. Every channel in sync.

Adlixor extends Shopify beyond your own storefront — publishing your catalogue to marketplaces, syncing stock in real time, and unifying orders from every channel.

Catalogue Sync from Shopify

Adlixor reads your Shopify product catalogue — titles, descriptions, images, variants, metafields — and distributes it to every connected marketplace. Update in Shopify, and every channel reflects the change.

Real-Time Stock Synchronisation

Every sale on any channel reduces Shopify's inventory and updates all other platforms in real time. No buffer stock, no manual adjustments, no oversell risk across Amazon, eBay, OnBuy, or any other connection.

Channel-Specific Pricing

Use your Shopify prices as the base and apply marketplace-specific rules: add a percentage for Amazon fees, set a fixed margin for eBay, or hold RRP on your own store. All from Adlixor, without editing Shopify or Seller Central.

Unified Order Management

Shopify orders and marketplace orders appear in one Adlixor processing queue. Pick, pack, dispatch, and generate courier labels without switching platforms. Order status updates flow back to Shopify and each marketplace automatically.

Integrated Courier Labels

Generate Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, and Evri labels directly from any order — regardless of which channel it came from. Carrier selection, weight-based pricing, and address validation handled automatically.

Tracking & Fulfilment Confirmation

Once dispatched, tracking numbers push back to Shopify to fulfil the order and to each marketplace to confirm shipment — keeping every buyer updated and every seller metric healthy.

Variant & Bundle Mapping

Shopify variants — size, colour, material, or any custom option — map to marketplace-specific variation formats automatically. Bundle and kit products are also supported for platforms that require them.

Multi-Marketplace Publishing

Publish your Shopify catalogue to Amazon, eBay, OnBuy, Etsy, ManoMano, B&Q, and TikTok Shop from one place. Each channel gets correctly formatted listings without additional data entry.

Capabilities

Every Shopify merchant's multi-channel toolkit.

Adlixor extends Shopify into a true multi-channel commerce engine — whether you're on your first external marketplace or managing ten simultaneously.

Always-On Sync

Adlixor runs continuous background synchronisation between Shopify and every connected channel. Inventory, pricing, and order status updates happen in real time — no cron jobs, no scheduled exports, no manual triggers required.

Shopify as the Single Source of Truth

Every product update, price change, and stock adjustment happens in Shopify — Adlixor propagates it everywhere else. Your team works in one system they already know, not in each marketplace's separate back end.

Marketplace Attribute Mapping

Each marketplace has unique mandatory attributes — Amazon requires browse node IDs, eBay requires item specifics, B&Q requires supplier data. Adlixor's mapping engine translates your Shopify metafields and tags into the correct format for each channel automatically.

Marketplace Compliance Built In

Listing policies, prohibited content rules, image dimension requirements, and title character limits vary by marketplace. Adlixor validates your Shopify data against each channel's requirements before listing — preventing rejection at source.

Pricing Strategy by Channel

Define minimum floor prices, maximum RRP caps, and margin-based rules independently for each marketplace. Adlixor ensures your Shopify store is always competitive without sacrificing profitability on any individual channel.

ERP Connectivity

If you also run an ERP (GenetiQ, RBA, or another system), Adlixor can sit between your ERP, your Shopify store, and your marketplace channels — ensuring stock and pricing data flows accurately from your back-office system all the way through to every buyer-facing platform.

FAQ

Common questions about the Shopify integration.

Does Adlixor connect directly to Shopify, or does it need a plugin?
Adlixor connects to Shopify via the official Shopify Admin API — no plugin installation required. You authorise the connection from within Adlixor and your Shopify store data syncs automatically from that point on.
Will Adlixor overwrite my Shopify inventory?
Adlixor can be configured to treat Shopify as the inventory source of truth (pushing to marketplaces) or to receive stock updates from an ERP and update Shopify alongside marketplaces. The sync direction is fully configurable to match your operation.
Which Shopify plans are supported?
Adlixor works with all Shopify plans, including Basic, Shopify, Advanced, and Shopify Plus. Some advanced features (such as multi-location inventory management) require Shopify plans that support those capabilities natively.
Can I keep my Shopify prices different from my marketplace prices?
Yes. Adlixor applies channel-specific pricing rules on top of your Shopify prices. Your Shopify store can hold RRP while Amazon and eBay reflect a different margin — all managed from Adlixor without editing your Shopify product prices.
How does Adlixor handle Shopify's multi-location inventory?
Adlixor supports Shopify's multi-location inventory feature. You can configure which locations contribute to marketplace availability — so stock held at one warehouse location can be allocated to specific channels while another location fulfils different orders.
Do marketplace orders appear in Shopify as well?
By default, marketplace orders are managed within Adlixor rather than being pushed into Shopify — this avoids creating duplicate order records and confusing your Shopify reports. However, if you need marketplace orders to appear in Shopify for accounting or 3PL fulfilment purposes, this can be configured.
